He solved the problem quickly and efficiently in one visit. My next fitness machines will definitely be from Flamans. Service and quality are everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased the 6 sided MD Buddy Trampoline, its fun but the one we got has a defect. The lock pin hole on the one side were drilled too big causing it to indent downwards! Flaman is displaying ignorance towards the fact that this was machined wrong which will cause the frame to wear at this weakened point. I wouldn't purchase this online! In store only so you can make sure you don't get the defected one. Not helpful at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased a treadmill and dealt with Travis at the store. He was very knowledgable and patient with us. We had them deliver and setup the machine. Techs arrived on time and had it setup shortly after. They walked me through a couple of key things for maintenance before they left and made sure I didn't have any questions.
Overall a really good experience and definitely recommend Flaman for your fitness equipment needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I just bought our second treadmill from Flaman. There was a supplier delay which caused a fair bit of concern but Ken was terrific. He worked with us to find a solution and the problem was remedied quickly and professionally. We'd recommend Flaman to any one. Great products and excellent service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our treadmill got partially broken during a move. The incline wouldn’t work. The guys from Flaman came out and fixed it with no problem. They also set up my bowflex for me. Very reasonably priced and super friendly. Will definitely use again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service team we dealt with at Flaman went above and beyond for us and our elliptical, when we were defrauded by a different local exercise fitness store in Saskatoon. It wasn't there problem but they went so far to help us fix the issue and right the wrong. Travis with the service team was outstanding, as was Tyler our service technician. I can't say enough about the quality, honesty and friendliness of this place. As for the other business that didn't replace our machine with the parts the company sent for it... their reviews tell no lies about their dishonesty and ongoing fraudulent behaviour.
