★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had very spotty service here. Location only really quick and attentive, but more often than not the opposite. It's a large store and I often feel overlooked by the staff even if they don't seem to be doing anything particularly important.
It's a sporting store… And they have sporting equipment, so I guess that's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. My son and I came in close to closing time. All we needed was a chin strap for his hockey helmet. All of the staff were standing at the door waiting to go home. They couldn't have gotten us out any faster. The pieces don't fit. What a waste of time. I would not go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place in Saskatoon for sports fans looking for clothing, pennants, hats and functional clothing such as UA. The downtown location has friendly, awesome staff. The University Heights location has staff that are apathetic and indifferent.
I'd like to update my review. University Heights location seems to have new staff and the people that we dealt with were extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable and willing to chat. I think they may have made some staff adjustments there.
