★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selection is good, prices ok. Bought a pair of skates and went to trade in 2 years later and got poor trade in value because of details that were on the skates when purchased. Went again to buy skates this year and was offered insulting low trade in value on skates that were in excellent condition. May buy here again but overall not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got used stuff for the price of brand new equipment! when I brought to clerks attention instead of offering discount or refund was only offered a "store credit"! prices are not fair for used stuff especially when they buy it for almost NOTHING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve read all of the good reviews from other people ... however this was not my experience. I purchased a pair of skates here as a Christmas gift for my wife and was reassured by the staff that returns would not be an issue if they did not fit ... when I tried to return these brand new skates which still had the tags on them they offered me a cheaper pair of skates in exchange or an I store credit. When I asked for a refund on the brand new skates they said that they do not do refunds!!! What store does not do refunds on Christmas gifts with receipts??? Needless to say I was disappointed with the customer service and will not be bringing my business back.
I would not refer another person to this store because it seems they are more concerned about keeping your money rather than doing business. Super disappointed!!! Thought this place did better business than that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great knowledgeable staff, helped us pick out the right skates for my kids. They offer exchanges on skates, which gives you credit for your new purchase. They also excel at skate sharpening, and even offer a punch card for future sharpenings, it's basically buy 4 and get 1 free!
