They covered all the bases when it came to customizing the design of our home entertainment system - creating the best value and user experience for us. They continue to impress after the sale as well - taking the time to explain the system in detail and teach us how to use it. Excellent follow up support as well for any additional tuning or adjustments that might be needed. This is a 5-star team!

It was refreshing to work with a company who truly cares about their customer. They were intent on making sure that our system was working the way we wanted it to before they completed the job. And we know that if we request changes, or have further issues that we can rely on them to support the system in the future.
They are the technical experts but took the time to explain the operation of our system in such a way that we could understand its potential. And all the staff who attend our home treated us with that respect. Sean and staff, Mike, JJ, Brad, Jon, Tia are awesome!
We love our Control 4 system now that SuRe Innovations has made it such a pleasure to use. There are a number of options for your smart home system installation and support out there – but from experience, SuRe Innovations is the one you want to use.

The level of personal service, professionalism, dedication to getting the job done RIGHT, excellent technical skills, and CAN-DO attitude truly stand out in this industry. SuRe has completely transformed and automated my home from lights, audio/video, home security, and home networking solutions. We have additional projects we are planing and I have no doubt that they will do a fantastic job. I would recommend this company 100% -- without hesitation. I would also like to personally thank Steve who has been my main point of contact and the quarterback for a great team that has made everything happen smoothly and stress-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve and his crew are top notch. We did a retro-fit home automation on an existing platform, which can be tricky. They were responsive, professional and competent. The biggest thing for me is after service care and they definitely make sure that you are taken care of even after the job is done and make sure any niggles are smoothed out. Not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for! I would recommend! My best wishes to them for continued success!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at SuRe InnoVations are great! They took the time to show me how to use the security system and the Savant system in my house!! I had a little trouble with some electrical and pow they were there fast to help me!! I watched as my electrical panel was opened up and was very impressed with how meet the wires were inside the box!!! They were even able to help me with a warranty issue on one of my TVs.
This team is amazing at their jobs, I would highly recommend them for any work that you have. You will not be disappointed!
