★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating. I've had nothing but problems with the VeraMate system since it was installed. Insurguard has tried on numerous occasions to fix the problems. It has now been two years and problems have not been fixed. I simply requested that Insurguard provide me with a system that works or refund my money. The have done nothing. It appears that their position is that I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and I will not receive a refund. Amazing. It appears my only option now is to consult with a lawyer. Hope your experience hasn't been as bad as mine. Take care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with the service we received from InsurGuard Security here in Saskatoon. The service technicians Marshall and Merlin were very polite and accommodating. They assured me they would take every precaution to do the installation with as little drilling, wiring as possible to keep the aesthetics of our home, and they really did!!! They were also very cautious to not damage anything that was in the house. I felt immediately comfortable having them in our home. They did an efficient job, and and excellent placing of the equipment in the best places of the home. Prior to the installation, I was a little worried about how the house would look fearing excess holes and wiring. No need to worry with these guys; as they did such a professional, appealing installation. They even left me their card to call them, in case I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company.

I was reassigned to InsurGuard and couldn’t be happier! The technician was able to diagnose and fix my issue in one visit, not to mention he was very friendly and knowledgeable!
