It all started when...
A girl went to Dallas to train for a job.
Well some could argue it started long before that! The founder of High Key Brewing Co., Madeline Conn, was raised in Saskatoon and over the course of her university career and world travels built an appreciation and love for the growing city of Saskatoon. While training for a job in Dallas she was immediately drawn to the culture of the craft beer industry; it spoke to everything she valued. Community, creativity, collaboration, and damn good beer!
Her dream quickly started looking like a reality, when through family she met the very talented brewer, Daniel Rommens. He too had passions of his own to become a brewmaster in Saskatoon, producing his recipes on a commercial scale. Daniel had been drawn to craft brewing and began experimenting with small home-brew batches while attending university in California. He soon realized that he wanted to make this hobby a full-time career and moved back to his home-town of Saskatoon to pursue his dream.
Together, they hope to share their passion and love for craft beer with those who call Saskatchewan home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vast space, lots of light, smiles, games, snacks, puppies and of course amazing beer! They not only offer their own delicious crafted beers but also some of the local breweries. And yes, you read fine, dogs are allowed while you enjoy a refreshing beer.

Staff was knowledgeable bout everything they’re selling and very approachable. You can play games like cribs, jenga and even order outside food!!! I like the clean ambience and laid back feeling of this place. We always order the White Off IPA and Pink IPA. Their beer selection was so good that I always get refills for my growler every week.
The only downside for me is that they close really early.. or it’s just I stay up really late. But man, if you’re reading this review to look for a good drinking spot? Stop browsing and go here, like Right Now! You won’t get disappointed. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my humble opinion that this is Saskatoon's best brewery making the best beer in the city. Every beer is a hit and they make one of my favorite beers ever to exist: London Fog Porter. ☺️
The taproom is clean and bright with a million beautiful plants. My only wish is that it were located closer to my home so I could get there on foot or bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice craft brewery in an industrial area of Saskatoon. Came across this place by accident but happy I found it. Clean and spacious tasting room with a ton of seating to accommodate all size parties. The beer is delicious with some very unique flavours and combinations. Growlers and cans are available for take out, along with some food items. Highly recommend stopping in and trying the London Fog Porter and the Wai-Iti dry hopped gose. Both are delicious. Highly recommend supporting local and trying this place out for a pint or flight.
