These people care. They know pretty much any technical or simple layman stuff. Pricing... This isn't online buying.. Yes you'll maybe pay a bit more but it's worth it. But you the customer can pick your battles.

One of the best places in town for Home and Car Audio. These guys have helped me with so many of my purchases. From TV's to Sound systems, this is the place to go. Special shout out to Dave and Joe! Just a great place overall!

I’ve spent a lot of time at Audio Warehouse recently, after booking a few installations (Remote start, Stereo w/CarPlay & Radar Detector). So not only have I worked w/them directly but I’ve witnessed their customer service second hand. It was important I write this, to help others make informed decisions. First off let me tell you, the guys who work here are incredibly helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable. I waited at their store a couple times, for a couple hours, to save myself the $50 (taking a cab home and then back, multiple times, gets expensive!) Theres a cozy, private waiting room so they make it easy! But it was then that I realized how awesome their customer service was! Furthermore, there’s regular FT staff here so it’s a bonus to see familiar faces every time you come in. It definitely adds to the “family atmosphere” that AW is known for. They’re super friendly and knowledgeable! I sat in the waiting room at the back of the store and listened to customers come and go....every single one of them leaving happier than they were coming in! Isn’t that the definition of customer service??? A lot of places could learn a thing or two from this place! Impressed to say the least. Now for my experience directly! I ultimately chose to go with this place because Dave emailed back and fourth in a timely manner - answered all my questions and then some. I went in there with little information to offer (this was a Honda CR-V 2015 which I literally just bought days before taking in so I didn’t know a lot about the vehicle myself!) but Dave knew exactly what I needed! But at the same time he listened to what I wanted and was completely open to any and all modifications I requested. Even if it meant more work! He didn’t make me feel guilty for last minute changes, even though I know they’re so busy. I think that’s super important and in my books that’s rare. A few glitches came up, because sometimes when you get aftermarket products installed it can affect the way other functions work - or don’t work! Lol. But Dave does not give up. He took so much time to learn about my vehicle and to find the solution to every single problem that arose! He worked before hours, after hours, around the clock! The communication was above average for sure - I don’t see many businesses offering that type of service, unless they’re charging for it! Like I said the level of communication was the initial reason I chose AW to begin with! At the end, Dave and his team sorted through every glitch to come up! He did so with a smile, even though I was pretty annoying at times I’m sure! Haha. I was definitely impressed with his knowledge, but also his wicked determination and loyalty to the job at hand! He is always busy but obviously a great multitasker! AUdio Warehouse is certainly lucky to have Dave and the other guys! If you choose AW you get an amazing team in your corner. I was lucky and you will be too, thank you Dave and all the guys at AW!!!!! :)

Dave and his team did an excellent job with my truck. They installed a full speaker set up front, and a sub under the rear seat with a bass control knob hidden up front. Everything sounds fantastic and works like a charm. I had one slight problem with tuning and they were able to squeeze me in right away and remedy the situation the same day. If you or someone you know is looking for anything audio related for your vehicle, this is the place to go.

Spectacular service from Dave and his team in the Vehicle Remote Start department. I have brought a couple vehicles in and have nothing but great things to say about the speedy service, expertise and knowledge of their products. They fixed issues from a previous install competitor (Visions) and did a fantastic job with no further issues. Greatly satisfied with everything Audio Warehouse does as a local company and I highly recommend.

Nick set up my command start for me and was super awesome to deal with. He explained everything in a way I could understand and it was done super quick.

I am super excited to NOW have command start in my BMW. I just got a new car last winter and of course it didn’t come with command start… let alone a block heater ?. Interestingly, after getting quotes from a few places I found Audio Warehouse to be not only extremely knowledgeable but also super competitive with their pricing. So far this winter hasn’t been that cold but of course now that I have the command start the temperature is indeed declining. I for the Viper Start Command start and now have two fobs plus an app where I can control and start my car from anywhere. Thanks guys - I truly appreciate the assistance. Command start will be a life changer. ??
