★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, but the games were more expensive than most places. Also the "tickets " mostly failed to give credits for the junk toys that the kids love to cash in. $40 spent in game tokens got them 2 erasers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with our family. My son enjoyed alot but the other video games have very short timings of play as compared to kids castle in saskatoon. The duration of game timings must be increased so that kids have more fun timings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a birthday party here for my daughter . Most of the the games don’t work they just take the coins from your card. The facility is not very clean . The pizza they made for the kids, half the kids didn’t like it. Not too happy with the experience and the price we paid. Not recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids had fun, but won't go back there. The prices were outrageous, half the arcade games didn't work, the staff were not welcoming and the half their menu wasn't available. My kids ordered mac & cheese, and it was KD from those microwave bowls, heated up and then poured into a bowl that was $13 dollars, that plus 3 drinks was $22.50. I have no problem paying for the food and drinks when it's a decent meal for that price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for a birthday party! The pizzas and fruit tray (fruit trays were made from scratch) were delicious! Really cool Mario themed party room. Very clean bathrooms. Great service! Kids loved the play structure and arcade games. Kids had a blast! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Fun Factory is ... fun! It's quite large with lots of room to run around and play. I haven't been there in years - they've renovated the whole place. It looks great and has the mesh walls so you can spot your kiddo every now and then. There are a couple of levels to climb around on, with two different types of slides.
My six year old had a great time at his friend's birthday party. It sounds like they were quite organized and took care of everything.
We'll go back again and take our eight year old too - he'll love it!
There are arcade games there too, but the card system was not super reliable and confusing. The variety of games would be fun. We may try them again - not sure about that part.
