★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior. Came in yesterday (Jan 9/22) around 8pm, the male and female working seemed too busy to care. We called the store several times to get help at the prize counter, when the male answered the phone he sounded out of breath and raspy. After calling again we walked up to the door of the back room, and knocked. It sounded like they were doing much more than sitting back there. ? Pretty disgusting in a children's arcade!!! Seems like you need to look into who you have working at your business! DISGUSTING. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruckers has definitely pivoted during the pandemic. Alot of new fancy games and reload able cards for payment of the games. They are a great idea that limits the transmission of germs while playing. I'd love to see more hand sanitizer around the building instead of just one place, but bringing your own will help. It can get very busy at times, and now that SK no longer had restrictions on the limit of people in an inclosed space, it can feel a bit claustrophobic. Small children obviously don't have the same kind of habits as adults, so as long as you are diligent, you should be safe. The games are fun and there is a nice spread that appeal to people of all ages. The rewards for tickets are pretty basic, but still fun. You'll need to collect alot of tickets for some of the more substantial prizes, but you'll be having fun and collecting so fast you'll hardly notice how many tickets you have before long.
