Reliable Parts was established in 1933 and has evolved into one of the largest and most respected appliance parts and consumer electronics parts distributors in North America. Although a mature company in experience, our outlook is young as we face the challenges of the future with excitement.

The Canadian market is served by four Distribution Centers in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver and Head Office in Coquitlam, British Columbia, We have 30 ReliableParts branches located in major cities across Canada to assist in prompt delivery of orders.

The United States market is served by Distribution Centers in Seattle, Sacramento, Dallas, and Indianapolis and Head Office in Dallas, Texas. We have 34 branch locations in major cities across America. All our branches are located for convenience and contain showrooms effectively displaying our most popular appliance parts, bbq parts and accessory items.

Called in to ask about a part and the sales person, Sherry, actually hung up on me! I was trying to explain that I wanted to purchase ANY whirlpool range handle, but she wouldn't listen to what I was saying and hung up on me. I won't be purchasing the part I need from them, needless to say.

Honestly, the worst parts store imaginable. I went there today for a part that their website lists as being available at this location, I go out of my way to make the 30-min drive to the store, only to find that they don't have it and never did. When I asked the guy why the website says it is available, he literally just shrugged and said "I don't know". Don't go there. Honestly, you'd be better off just buying the parts online.

Have always had the parts I need in stock but the staff may be a little lazy. I brought in the part I needed and didn't have the dryer model number. I had to point out that the part number was on the part itself when he was just going to send me back home to get the model number. (I realise I should have had the model number with me though)

Waited 20mins on hold and then they hung up on me. Called again on my lunch break… on hold 15mins and they hung up on me again.

First time Ive had a parts guy tell me he "doesnt care" lol excellent service. Wont ever get another dime out of me.

Very unprofessional service. More interested in turning the lights out and leaving at 5PM or earlier than dealing with a customer exchange/refund of a wrong part. (Their error). Pride of ownership and customer service is obviously not in their motto.

Zero communication between Saskatoon Branch and myself after the orders were placed. I ordered online and it stated there was stock of a pump I needed in Saskatoon. I waited a week, no contact from Reliable. I call customer service and they advise me that the part I ordered is being transferred from another depot. I asked the customer Rep why it was being transfered in, the Rep just said I'm not sure because they still show stock in Stoon. The Rep told me she would contact the store and have them call me. They still did not call. I called a week later yet and customer service told me parts were in. Sent my friend to pick them up and they can't find the order. I gave them the invoice number and they found it, but they were prepared to send my friend away empty handed before fully looking for the item. Reliable basically has the monopoly in my area, and I try to support local. But when you don't receive any level of service there is no reason to return. Edit: I also now notice the owners only respond to 5 star reviews. Not the way to address valid concerns.
