β β β β β I ordered a door gasket for my washing machine on january 26th 2018. I was told it would take a week to 10 days to arrive. Its april 5th and still nothing. Everytime I went to enquire i was told its due in the next few days. I called headoffice and the customer service agent told me I would get it the next 2days after the call. Still not in was given a refund and told I would get it for free if it ever shows up. Still waiting meanwhile the cost of using a laundrymat and gas and time cost way more then the initial price of the part. I will not be using this company again. The guys instore were great but the company as a whole nolonger has my confidence. I waited as long as I could before making this review but cant hold off anylonger.

β β β β β I ordered an Anode rod for my Bradford white water heater from these guys. They sent me the wrong one....it was not for a Bradford white but some other brand. I called the 1-800 number to initiate a return and was to too fill out a form online. If filled out the form online and it has been 5 days and I have not had a response from anyone. I know I will never order anything from this company again and I would warn everyone to be very careful ordering something as well. Not recommended.

β β β β β Amre has reasonable prices and their service is quick. They would receive 5 stars from me but for their Return Policy. They state that even if the bag is open, the part cannot be returned. Often one does no know if it is the right part or will work until the bag is opened to compare it to the old part.

β β β β β I'd never order a part from this company. The website says it will ship by the next business day. I ordered a part that took 8 days to arrive. They had the part in many cities but at first decided to order it from the manufacturer. After I found this out, they said I could request that it be transferred from one of their branches. Why they don't just automatically ship it from the closest branch, I have no idea. Next, I spoke to 2 different people who said it was shipped from Winnipeg to Saskatoon on Monday. The part never arrived until Friday. The Purolator shipping showed it wasn't actually shipped until Thursday, which was 7 days after I ordered it. It arrived on the next day. They were supposed to call me when it arrived in the branch office. I never did get a call. I had to go down to the branch. They took a long time to find the part. Very disorganized. The employee indicated that these shipping issues are well known. He admits he's very frustrated as well. My fridge was out of service for 8 days due to their incompetence.
