Purchased full kitchen appliance package based on the fact that the sales person told me all appliances where in stock. They clearly understood that this was the deciding factor on purchasing these appliances from them. When i called to schedule delivery they told me that 1 of 4 items will take several weeks to get in stock, and another is back ordered from the manufacturer and will likely take months. If the sales person was up front about this i would likely have looked elsewhere. I cannot believe the sales person had no idea about the back order situation with these appliances. Pretty greasy sales tactic.

Dealing with CAS was awful and drawn out over 4 months. We originally purchased with CAS as they had the earliest delivery date, and our fridge from 1992 was on it’s last leg. I don’t know how the fridge that was delivered even passed qc from the manufacturer. It was dented and the seams looked like it was glued together in someones garage. Due to their policy we were unable to use the fridge, and a replacement wasn’t available for 10 weeks. Our original fridge had been transported by the movers and we now had no fridge to use at all. After staring at a fridge we couldn’t use for 10 weeks our replacement arrived. The movers wouldn’t even take it off the truck as it was more damaged than the first. At this point we requested a refund. The refund took over a month to process, the customer service representative wouldn’t return phone calls. Dealing with CAS has been awful, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. We were more than patient in waiting for a replacement and refund over the course of 4 months total (from our original purchase date).

What an absolute great experience, with the lovely , knowledgeable, young lady at the Saskatoon location! The salesperson was Rachel ! It’s even being delivered on the exact date she said Fantastic! I’ve dealt with another company who continually lied to me regarding the delivery time , 2 months later I said forget, refund me ! Didn’t happen here ! Great salesperson, Rachel ! Thank you !

I purchased refrigerator online. It was my first experience with CAS. From the beginning till the end, I was assisted by a sales representative. She was very professional and helpful. My refrigerator was delivered very fast and the service was excellent. I give 5 stars for my first experience. I will definitely buy again.

Prompt professional service Syed was prompt in helping us as we stepped into the store. We bought our Bosch dishwasher in less than an hour. It had to come from Calgary warehouse , but was ready for pick up at the store at the promised agreed date with no delays ?

Purchased an unboxed, floor model dishwasher on clearance and assumed it was a final sale. However, during install, I noticed installation parts were missing. I contacted the store and they could not find the parts and offered me a full return and refund and instructed to bring the dishwasher back and speak with the manager. When I brought the dishwasher back to the store. I was told I would need to submit a return request through the customer care department online. My request was denied and when I contacted the store for help. The manager Rachel refused to acknowledge offering me the refund or any help. I had to order the parts myself which cost nearly half of what I paid for the dishwasher. And I cannot source all the parts as the dishwasher and some parts are discontinued. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with the sales rep and manager at the Saskatoon location. I will NOT be purchasing the rest of my appliances from CAS.

I 100% understand that there are delays with everything in the world, but after fighting with another company (they messed up our order, cancelled it, re-ordered it, lied to us and did not tell us) to get our last appliance, I contacted CAS for some help. I spoke on the phone with Trueman Lam, and he is very personable and knew all of the answers to my questions. Even though I am not guaranteed to get my appliance within a certain date (due to the pandemic), I am confident that I am in way better hands. I have received a few updates since our original conversation in April, such as where the appliance is, the status etc. Thank you Canadian Appliance Source for helping us with the last step of our kitchen.
