Because one of my choices was a special order, she kept me up to date with where it was at, which made my planning easier. She was very flexible and responsive about delivery and helpful about finding options that met my budget and my needs. All in all I felt she was really working for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order appliances for our new home from the Saskatoon location on Boxing Day 2020. The delivery date when purchased was for July. Finally after hearing nothing from the store, I reached out to Desiree on July 19. She informed me that the appliances were scheduled for some to arrive end of Aug, my fridge at the end of Sept and my stove for December 1!!!! I was shocked that no one had bothered to contact me and let me know that all of the appliances were expected later than originally ordered. Between that email and today, I have reached out to the store on 3 separate occasions looking for an update as communication is severely lacking. The only solution I was ever met with was them shipping me some low grade loaners until my appliances arrived. I move into my new house tomorrow and my fridge delivery date is Oct 14 (after previously being Sept 10 then Sept 19).
I am frustrated at the lack of communication and the lack of customer service to help resolve this ongoing issue of delays. I will not be buying appliances from Coast again and have shared my experience with friends and family.

No high pressure salesperson hungry for commission! I was very impressed when he said my range could be delivered tomorrow. I’d definitely deal with Coast Appliances and Chris!

Her expertise and very apparent willingness to help me, took the stress right out of the process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Coast Appliance started off frustrating but ended with a satisfying result. My wife and I built a new home which came equipped with a Coast Appliance package, including a brand new hood range that was dented prior to us taking possession. The installer who came to replace our damaged hood range was rammy with his tools, inconsiderate in leaving a mess for us to cleanup, as well as dented our new fridge during the installation of our replacement hood range.
When we reached out to the sales representative at Coast Appliance regarding the incident, he was slow to respond and quick to dismiss that any damage was caused as the result of his installer, because according to him, the installer is mindful of being careful in kitchens. We respectfully disagreed with this statement and explained our own personal experience, nobody from Coast Appliance has acknowledged us since.
…To my surprise, a few months after I had posted my original poor review, seen above, a representative reached out to me about the issue, ordered a replacement part and had somebody over at our home within a couple of weeks to replace my damaged item. Needless to say, the service this time was awesome! The installer was professional, quick, friendly and careful. I am very happy with my replacement fridge door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few months ago I bought a Samsung stove which according to the seller, was an excellent option that met all my needs. The oven is one of those that can be divided and work two different temperatures and times. Unfortunately, nothing they told me was true; I was deceived by the seller. The oven does not work the way they told me. It does not have a compartment to keep the divider-tray. It is very difficult to get it out from the bottom drawer (where is supposed to be kept). One needs to take out the drawer completely, turn it over and hit the base in order to unclog the tray. The seller assured me that this would never happen since that drawer was made to keep the divider-tray. To date, even some parts of the drawer have broken from having to force the tray out.
When I returned to the store to complain, the only thing the seller told me was that it happened because the stove was not a good professional one (he didn't say nothing even close to this when he was selling us the stove). What a disappointment and what a terrible way to deceive customers into a sale. Hopefully they had more quality and better service, I think they do not realize that their customers are the most valuable thing they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a brand new Samsung oven from Coast Appliances just over a year ago. Right off the bat the oven wasn't holding its temperature so a repair man was sent out under warranty to replace a significant part. 2 months after warranty expired the main control board died. Since the oven is older than one year both warranty and coast appliances told us they can't help us. According to Google, an oven should last on average 13 YEARS. This piece of garbage lasted 12 months. Coast appliances does not stand behind their product. They do not care about their customer. They are in it for the quick buck. Would not recommend.
