While I have not yet made a purchase there, every time I am in the store I am treated very well. The staff has been great at educating me as we work through what type of appliances are needed for our renovated kitchen.

We had a bad experience with this store. 1, we ordered $25,000 worth of appliances and the salesman completely lied to us about the stove, and now he is telling us that it does not come the way we ordered it. 2, we exchanged a 30" microwave for a 24", at first he said he was going to give us $300-$500 credit. Now he is telling us it the same price. I would recommend anyone to purchase here.

Had warranty issues and was granted a new machine. Initially had it figured out and went in to basically select the new washer and sort out delivery. Was helped by a staff member by the name of Jennifer who was extremely rude and condescending. Informed me that I was incorrect in what I was covered for and talked over me. When they pulled up my file they found the invoice that showed what I said was in fact correct (thanks to Wendy for being thorough there?) no apologies from her. Just told me to pay and walked away. The salesman was also fairly short about my questions about delivery. Not impressed with that customer service and the way I was spoken to and treated. I like to support local but will be looking elsewhere for my next appliances. Thanks again to Wendy who was pleasant to deal with.

Staff were very helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for after a couple of surprise appliance breakdowns in our new home. No high pressure sales just helpful advice. They have some good sales on currently and great deals on floor models and scratch and dent. Very easy to deal with.

This was a horrible experience. I had an appliance that needed repair. When I called to set up an appointment, the secretary was very short with me. She told me that someone would come to my home to fix my appliance. I took off work for the afternoon as I was told they would be there between 1 and 4. The repair man, Rob, called and SAID he was coming in the morning. I said I wasn't going to be home, so he couldn't. He was very angry and told me AGAIN what time he would show up at my home (before 1pm). I didn't have a say in the matter. I left work early to meet him. He came into my home without a mask and walked into my home with his wet shoes (it had been raining). He told me that he didn't have the replacement parts, so he would have to come back. Again, when he came back he was rude, had no mask on, had shown up outside of the allotted time, and left his shoes on. When I asked him questions, he would roll his eyes at me or simply would not respond. I will not shop for new appliances here. I would feel sick knowing I had to deal with this any time I had an issue. If you need a new appliance, I would advise shopping elsewhere.

Tried ordering a fridge, stove and dishwasher in May. Fridge wouldn't be available until December, so had to shop elsewhere for that. Ordered stove and dishwasher with delivery date to be around July 1st. July came and went so I inquired in August about eta. Was told 1st week of September. Received a call around Aug. 19th saying stove was delayed until February. I went in store to discuss options but they couldn't order a similar model that we wanted. Had to cancel stove order after waiting almost 4 months. Went to another retailer and received the stove I wanted with 1 week. Received the dishwasher and when I ordered it back in May I was told it would be unpacked in store and then delivered. This was untrue. I received it in the box and had to completely unpack it myself which was very inconvenient. After canceling the stove I reviewed the invoice and I saw they removed the promo I received from Whirlpool. (Buy more, save more.) Yes, I was only receiving one appliance, however that was outside of my control. Because Midtown could not get me the stove I wanted, I lose the entire discount? I thought the customary thing to do would be to is offer me a reduced discount or perhaps free delivery for my inconvenience. The dishwasher was in store for I'm not sure how long, but I ended up waiting almost 4 months because the stove never came. The fact I only got 1 out of 3 appliances was frustrating, but seeing my discount disappear added insult to injury. I'm not happy about my experience but I understand appliance supply is hit and miss right now. The service I got from the salespeople was fine. Maybe when/if the appliance supply is more reliable I would shop here again. Having to order my appliances from other stores was not fun and it was time consuming. I give 2 out of 5 because the staff seemed to be trying, but with the issues with my order I had to give a low rating.

We received great service from Wendy and ended up ordering a couple of appliances from her. I appreciated that she listened to our wants/needs and then emailed us all the options. I felt no pressure from her, she was just helpful. Although the appliances took a long time to arrive we were happy with the experience overall.
