★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive customer service. I am no mechanic, yet decided to take on rebuilding a Sea-Doo 2-stroke engine. I called for a quote on some top end work. I was provided an attractive quote and walked through the process of bringing in the cylinders to be measured and what to expect. I brought in the cylinders and was met again with another example of great customer service. All my information was taken, I was made aware of clear timeline of when my work would be completed, all my other questions were answered expertly. Extremely satisfied by the workmanship. Would consider R&L for any future machine shop needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RandL are great to deal with and I recommend them. I regularly take my 2006 Harley in for service, and so does my family, and we are always happy with the quality and the quick turn around. They installed a new back tire for me today along with fluid change and the bike is running great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my bikes big bore kit,cams,intake,throttle,exhaust and a bunch of other stuff,including dynotuning 6 maybe 7 years ago. I still have the bike because I fall in love with it all over again every single time I hop in the saddle.
Great people, excellent workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With my snowmobile still taking up garage space in April after an end of season piston failure, I took the cylinders to R&L for boring so I could get things put back together and moved outside. They said since it's for a snowmobile and it's not winter, they wouldn't likely get it done for months, maybe by next winter, as it's just not their priority now, or maybe on slow day sometime if the machinist even wants to do it. I guess my money's not as good as their other customers'. I can't speak to their workmanship, but their customer focus certainly isn't there. Not recommended.
