★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The starter cooked on my Yamaha RS Venture Snowmobile. The engine had to be pulled to change the starter (not a great design) and I decided to do it myself. While looking online for technical assistance, I found a lot of conflicting information. Even though I was doing the job myself, Danette and the service team were very helpful with any questions I had. Much appreciated!

I cannot understand or begin to comprehend the reasoning behind this email. I too am suffering from pandemic. We all are. But in the end money is money. Sale is a sale. And funny thing is I too have soo much family in Saskatchewan. To be predjudice to my location does not make sense. I do no endorse this store or company. Nor do I understand it but read their response and you be the judge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proline Motorsports and marine has been the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT we have ever dealt with. Completely useless. The only contact was when we contacted them until the sled showed up. Not even an ounce of effort from anyone. Just brushed off. We spoke with multiple other dealers that were more helpful than Proline and we had no prior communication with them. They simply helped for the sake of good customer service. Plus after speaking with the trucking company and finding out a solution. They proceeded to call and ask for 4 sleds (not including ours) to be shipped on a truck. When my mother in law went to pick up the sled today. She asked to speak with the general manager and he wouldn't even acknowledge she was there. What a disappointment for a dealership. On top of that, a big deal was made with the salesman because he didn't want to count cash to pay ( $100 bills.... ) A HUUUGE THANK YOU to All Season Motorsports out of Cranbrook! Your saleswoman we spoke to went above and beyond for her customers and got their sleds delivered in record time, then helped us to get in contact with the right people to get Trevor's sled in. We would still be waiting for it without her!

Rob the general manager was also very helpful and provided additional information and assistance with parts. I know it is tough getting parts due to delays with manufacturing and shipping but as soon as the parts came in they had me up and running. Thanks guys!
