A chip the size of a nickel out of my air cleaner wrap
Battery box cover reinstalled incorrectly. 4 inches out to the point the straps that hold it down were stretched right out and had to be replaced.
Under hood fuse box was removed for some reason and reinstalled incorrectly. Only one side was secured.
Front end bushings and shackles were replaced. Neglected to grease or even put the grease zerts back in.
Only filled engine oil 2/3 up the dipstick after oil change and charged 200$ more then anywhere else.
They had repaired my bunk heat prior to this visit. Could smell exhaust in the cab upon startup. They said they repaired the issue this time. Billed me 200$ and still smell exhaust upon start up.
Not a single thing was done properly and had no shame in billing me over 4300$. Contacted them to bring up the issues. They have made 0 effort in making things right or even contacting me back.
HORRIBLE PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generator/transfer switch problem resolved. Scheduled an appointment through Zac and was seen right on time -- even though I was almost 30 minutes late. The problem was found to be operator error (me). I expected the house electrical system to immediately recognize the generator's power. Instead it may take up to 90 seconds for this to happen. Zac would take no payment for the diagnosis and sent us on our way, much wiser but none the poorer. This is an extremely honest, competent, and friendly business. Have no worries about atronizing them; do patronize them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough about the owner and his staff at central repair. Coming threw Sakatoon my 93 RVs radiator decided to overheat and started leaking badly, so after calling several places was directed to the gang at Central Repair Ltd. From the time I entered their yard till the time I left, I was treated with total respect and kept completely up to date with what steps were being taken to get me back on the road as soon as possible..Sure hated the breakdown..but if one was to ever be broke down this would be the place, company and staff to be broke down at, worry free, very professional like family and very timely.. and the price, was a complete surprise as well costing a whole lot less than I was expecting. Thanks to all for the great service and turning a bad road experience into a great trip experience, I was totally impressed..Great Job by great knowledgeable owners & staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic People! Zach and Holly were reassuring voices on the phone for us when we were broke down 120 miles out in no where. After getting towed in, Corbin and his crew fixed the AC compressor and belt and had on on the road again...but it was their general concern and heartfelt humanity that turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant experience. I will be going back to them for general maintenance anytime I'm nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This team is nothing short of amazing! Holly is always 100% up to date on any project when I call in, and is quick to answer any questions. Corbett is relentless in making sure things are done right and quickly.
I have an old bus, with a lot of parts that were difficult to find, but they spent days looking for the parts so we didn't have to order from the states and take a long time at high cost. They are always extremely professional and helpful, even when j have "dumb" questions, or call them daily wondering how the project is going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my third d2 espar air heater from them and it didn't work properly they want me to come back with it to look at it. I'm a long haul trucker now with no working bunk heater
I won't be back in town for a while. They won't refund me because it's been installed. After three heaters I'm thinking the espar heaters is nothing but expensive junk. I will never recommend them to anybody as well as central repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 2018 RV to Central Repair for an Engine light - They ended up fixing the Engine light, my slide out motor, and the burst hot water tank that I broke in February not winterizing properly. Corb and lizzie were professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my unit is safe and ready for camping. I had a quote from the place I bought My camper from in Leduc that was double what I paid Central Repair - and that was ONLY the slide motor quote. I am so grateful to have found a local place that was so willing to help us out. I also appreciate the Corb didn't JUST fix my unit - he taught me how to use it better!! Best customer service I've had in a long time! THANK YOU! Highly recommend!
