I was having engine trouble and even though my oil and transmission fluid were checked, the light was still on. When I went to 24/7 auto, Tony was able to quickly scan the engine and pin point exactly what the problem was: my transmission. Apparently my trans fluid was almost completely empty and we luckily had close to 4 litres of it available to get it up to the hatch line on the dipstick. The price was fair, the service was great, and Tony has an awesome sense of humor. Best of all, 24/7 Auto is just around the corner from me so I can go back to them for my minor auto needs. Thanks!

Amazing experience! Very reasonable pricing and they're very fast. They will show you the issues with your car. As well as, make sure that you're authorizing and understanding everything that's going on. They have incredible customer service and really make sure that your car is running well! They're also super committed to being 24/7 as well, which can be very convenient! I would definetly recommend them!

Owner is a compassionate hero. Great pricing, supportive, accommodating. Helped me get food and rides. Assisted with picking up fluid supplies. Educated me on the type of car and fixes and maintenance. Even offered a space to crash overnight in the garage shop since I was stranded. Warm and family-feeling atmosphere. Good communication. Did comprehensive mechanical testing.

I’m writing this review out of some serious frustration and disappointment. 24/7 auto has helped me on a few occasions with simple fixes like a flat tire or installing new ones. However this incident was definitely not the case. A few months back we came out to find our car battery very dead and basically it just needed the battery replaced. 24/7 auto came and towed the vehicle, replaced the battery and voila. Except despite it starting initially it quickly died. On July 6th they towed our vehicle again to analyze the problem thinking maybe it had to do with an electrical shortage somewhere in the vehicle. For over a month these men had our vehicle, it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of information out of them. They avoided answering calls and it seems as though they basically let it sit in their lot for a few weeks before they decided to actually take a look at anything. I’m speculating at that because honestly i have no idea what they could be doing for well over a month on a vehicle. They promised we would have the vehicle now by the beginning of August, that they figured out the issue. We spoke with the manager on many occasions which promised they had figured it out and it would be back to us immediately. Fast forward to Monday August 17th when they promised we could come get it. We call them (again they basically have offered no form of communication unless we bombard them with calls) and the mechanic states that he happened to stumble upon the issue today and that actually they installed β€œTHE WRONG BATTERY” the first time.... months and months ago... and that he would go and buy a new one and install it. Well after calling again and again they finally said the car would be ready (three days later cause apparently a battery installation takes that long...) These guys not only took almost two months to fix a vehicle but installed the wrong battery to begin with that started all this headache and then still charged us for the battery and installation despite being completely incompetent. I have genuinely never been so frustrated and disappointed with a business in my life. Not only did we have to spend money on ubers to get around for almost two months but I’m not sure what kind of irreparable damage was done to the vehicle. The lack of professionalism is astounding. What a joke.

I would never take a vehicle here again, I took a my car here to get a power steering pump changed and I provided the pump at the time of dropping it off and they said it would not take more than a couple of days. After not hearing back for a few days I called and they said they needed to order a line and it would take about 2 weeks to get in. After about a month I called them again and they said they had not gotten the part but would call ASAP to find out where it was. Again they did not contact me and for about another month I contacted them weekly with no progression. After 2 months I decided to pick up my car and take it back to do it myself. When I got there the shop was a mess and they could not find my key. After searching for it they finally found it and I was able to take my car back home. Had I not been working out of town I would have picked the car up way sooner, but I thought in the 2 month I was gone they should have been able to make something happen. Poor communication, lack of pride in workmanship, and all around bad service are the reasons I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Do not recommend. Worst service. Unreasonable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Business is down so they do what they have to. They make the mistakes we pay for it...

Just arrived in the city and the drive shaft on the equinox dropped. Yikes! The place was shutting down so no workers. But the guy there was super and helped us out for no cost but we insisted.
