Some kids are born with a silver spoon in their mouths. Not Mark. But you could say, he was born with a set of car keys in one hand and a handshake in the other. That’s because by the time baby Mark arrived on the scene his Dad, Paul Loeppky, was supporting a young family with a small used car business called Village Auto Sales in Saskatoon. So, before Mark was tall enough to reach the pedals, he was washing cars, running errands and helping out around the family business. When he sold his first car at the tender age of 14, Mark Loeppky knew that his destiny would follow the beat of a revving engine.

And destiny didn’t have to wait long. After graduating college, it took what seemed like about ten minutes for Mark to go into the car business. With a solid plan and partnership support from his parents he caught hold of his first business opportunity and bought an up-and-coming new car dealership. Soon Saskatoon Hyundai would become a top producer. And Mark just kept going, opening new dealerships and taking over others until he had created a set of thriving operations across multiple provinces.

By 2003 it was time to take Mark’s vision for a company and make it a brand. That vision? To sell the coolest products sold by the best people backed by an inside-out, top to bottom business plan underpinned by core values and culture that inspires employees to not just navigate through the company but to burn rubber while doing it. In fact, when Mark sees a team member begin to excel and realize their career dreams, that’s his favourite part. That brand? Mark would call it, and make it, FFUN.

Tried to put this on Drive Nation Edmonton, but cannot. Because they are part of FFUN Group, i will write it here. Bill Boychuk was hired and he is a crook. Look at his employment history, never works anywhere for long. I am a previous customer of his and he checked my credit rating several times driving it down even worse than it was. Put me in a vehicle I did not want and then would not repair it when it was needing repairs. He works outside the system and is a very shady finance person. His wife is just as bad as he is. Do not believe anything either one of them says. She works with him.

I really love my vehicle I purchased from the FFUN Motor Group, I had an excellent experience with the entire process from sales to parts to service. I bring my vehicle in to the dealership for all my service and OEM parts. FFUN Motor Group is also a great company to work for and I am fortunate enough to be called part of the Team.

I do not recommend working for this company . Please do your research on the high turnover in EVERY dealership this company owns . For a company that claims to be “ FUN “ it is actually not at all a healthy of an environment to be in . They put up a good front in the beginning, but the cracks run deep .

Some of the worst and pushy sales I’ve ever experienced. Long term customer satisfaction is not taken into account by sales or management team. Warranties provided are shady and when you attempt to get work done through the team at ffun Acura they greet you with disrespect and insufficient service and support... also majority of positive reviews are written by staff or family/friends of staff. 2/10 would not recommend.

I love my truck that I got through the FFUN Group! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased with them and I will definitely be a customer for life :) Credit Maxx thier finance company has been awesome to deal with and have helped me out many times when other banks said no. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and commitment that the staff have for their customers, its what keeps me coming back again and again every time I want to upgrade my vehicle

I am not new to buying new vehicles and I've been thoroughly unimpressed with this "FFUN" group. I have always dealt with Toyota until now and with Toyota, I've always experienced the very best in customer care. I'm not used to such neglectful customer "service"/Sales. I love the VW Atlas, which is why I bought it! But I suggest, If you want one, to maybe travel to another dealership in another city. I'm sure the service would be better....

After a not so great experience the day before, the entire team reached out and apologized profusely. Mitch the sales manager at Hyundai North Saskatoon ensured we left the following day feeling valued and again apologized for the misunderstanding and stayed late to make things right. Our sales Rep/Product Specialist Dylan was super helpful and ensured we were taken care of and that our new vehicles were ready and also apologized. The Finance manager Amy was a ray of sunshine and very knowledgeable and professional which created an accepting space. We purchased two high end SUVs that day after almost taking our business elsewhere! This is the outcome when a team recogizes the importance of Service Delivery Management, that the customer comes first and does their best to switch a bad experience, even if it was out of their control, to making the customer feel heard and valued.

I have had the privilege of working with the FFUN Group in many of their dealerships in the past few years. I have experience so many happy customers purchase and serviced vehicles from this local owned owned company. When a problem arises the management team is very hands on and does everything in their power to make sure the customer leaves on good terms and with the issue resolved. I highly recommend the FFUN Group to all of my family and close friends because of how knowledgeable and friendly everyone in the dealerships is to all customers and visitors!
