The GM had even sent someone to pick my car up because it was delayed for so long. Mitch has been the most wonderful salesperson ever! Nobody can top his enthusiasm from beginning to end. He replies to messages even after work hours. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience and the sell was as smooth as possible. Tyler was also superb - very approachable and was very knowledgeable. I didn’t even hesitate to ask questions - they were that friendly! Siri helped with the finances and was honest and transparent with the whole transaction. Overall, this was a great experience and I made the right decision to buy my first car at Saskatoon VW. I feel like part of the family. Would recommend 10/5!!

My Touareg is looked after by Adam who owns one and really gives me great details about all things needing to be done. One SURPRISE for me was i can bring aftermarket parts to get my car fixed as they are much cheaper than to buy from dealership. Didn’t have much experience with sales but looked around when waiting and they never were pushing anything. One time inexperienced person was telling me a lot about certain vehicle I already knew everything about. It’s just general inexperience of understanding than listening is everything in sales and actually every aspect of life. Overall, very pleased with our dealership in Saskatoon and will always love VW even though North American choice is so limited comparing to Europe.

Also just generally a very enthusiastic and friendly guy! I've had a great experience with Mitch and am looking forward to enjoying my new Volkswagen for many years. Sydney in financing was also very good to work with. Stayed late on a Saturday to get my financing put through, which was very much appreciated.

Very laid back and professional. Our new vehicle (2022 Atlas) was topped up and detailed on pickup and we were walked through all of the features and options by Tyler. After doing that Tyler then walked us through the rest of the dealership introducing us to the service and parts departments. Brand new facility with a great layout. Would definitely recommend the buying experience at Saskatoon VW for sure

We bought a vehicle from him and within a day, we were in a bad car accident and the NEW vehicle was totalled. Mitch and Siri did everything in this weird situation to get us in a new vehicle and within a week or two we were in a new beautiful vehicle that we love even more than the first. With every little thing I needed to ask they were always there and making sure I got the best deal possible. Everyone please buy the GAP insurance if ths ever happens to you, your gonna need it! 10/10 for the dealership, 10/10 for the staff! Thank you again Mitch and Siri, we really appreciate everything you've done for my little family.
