★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this business when I first got my vehicle last year. They replaced my windows for me so I could pass my OOP inspection. They changed the back window and found out it wasn’t the right one. They put my old one back in and refused to give my money back for that window since they “did the work already”. I would’ve been fine paying the labour, even though it wasn’t my fault they got the wrong one. But they wanted the money for the wrong window. So right there that was hundreds I just lost and still had the wrong window. They also changed my other windows as well which I thought was all fine. Until I went and washed my vehicle. My rear side windows leak. I messaged Carlos himself and he said to contact SGI and to stop contacting his personal number . First- I do not understand what SGI has to do with his bad job of putting my windows in. Second- that’s the only number I’ve used this entire time to contact him. Needless to say, I wasted A LOT of money at this business and will never go back. I advice others to not go here as well. Absolutely rude and horrible customer service.
