★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices but their communication with online orders is weak. Standard today with other retailers is to keep the customer updated on the status of the order (order received, payment received, shipping label created, item shipped, tracking number). They do have a tracking service
you can use (no auto updates to the customers email). I tried it to no avail. Says it will update me when Extreme provides a tracking number. Made purchase almost two weeks ago and so far nothing. Emailed for update, no response. I will change my review if it turns out it's something I missed (not a young man anymore).
Update: Extreme contacted me shortly after this review including a phone message. Not sure if it was something I did or a tech issue. Their online order system seems to be working fine now (I tested it).
Appreciate the quick response which shows more to their professionalism than anything else. Well done and thank you!
Update: Read the fine print, especially if responding to an ad for 'Free Shipping' with their auction. Shipping is/was not free for the buyer. I figured that out after winning a couple small items. You pay Shipping for each item regardless of size. For me one item was small enough to easily fit inside the other, which they did. Still got charged shipping for each item. Must have upset them when I made queries I guess. It was only my third purchase and there were issues with each one. Perhaps your experience will be better. For me, I'm out.

They all seem pretty knowledgeable but more importantly if they don't know an answer they will say so, as opposed to faking it (Cab@las are you listening?) Great selection, well staffed and decent prices.

Paid a great price as it was on sale.
Had no idea who they were till a Google search listed them when looking for a FD - glad I found them
The item was shipped out fast - I received it about a week later.
Very happy experience - will continue to keep these guys on my list of boomstick providers
