★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently facing frustrations with RONA. Purchased an expensive item online about two months ago that had "all in" delivery price. Have noticed via tracking that the item has been sitting somewhere in Saskatoon for weeks. Cannot get anyone at Rona to help me figure out when it will be delivered. Went in store twice to inquire and multiple employees kept directing me to other people as they were new and didn't know what to do (surely someone, somewhere in the store could help me). Left voicemails that aren't returned. I feel as though I've just lost/been scammed out of a lot of money. Absolutely terrible service in comparison to their competition (Home Depot). No one appears to know what is going on or want to make any sort of effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got all our laminate and back splash here. They also carry a large section of everything you need to decorate your home. Now they are adding all your needs for your patio and gardening need.p Staff was extremely helpful but no pressure to buy anything. In some cases there was too much and hard to choose thicknesses and color shades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice employees, poorly managed. There was a good chunk of customers standing around confused because it is a gong show to pay here. There was one cashier with a line that isn’t moving and a bunch of self checkouts. The self checkouts were all crowded and two were out of order. We scanned our items at self checkout and were ready to pay when a nice lady told us if we wanted to use a coupon we needed to wait for a cashier. I just find it funny that there were 3 employees standing around the pay area doing nothing yet somehow I still needed to wait for a cashier. At this point we just left without buying anything. 2 stars because the workers were at least nice, just not helpful when paying. Better off going to another hardware store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular hardware store. However, it is the staff and not the store that should be praised. I love the 'Team Rona'. They are good to read faces and react faster. If there is a question mark face? Sure you will attract attention and Low and Behold! someone will come to help soon.
