★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this great inventory shuffle about, it is EXTREMELY frustrating to shop at this store. Please post signs @ the previous location where you have moved things to, for instance cat food used to be at the south east corner and is now in the north west area of the store but there is no way to know that.( it will help the staff too)
Frustrated shoppers are not likely to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop the rewards points, well the rewards are neat and all but stop with pushing it. I had 3 people coming talking a mouth full in my face pushing me to do this thing when I’m just trying to get milk and waffles. When someone says no leave them alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Firstly, I went to return the gifted cloths for my daughter (unopened with tags). They asked us to bring the receipt. Next time when we went with receipt they told us it cannot be returned because its seasonal. The service provider was very rude to me and ignored us totally. So I asked her that I need to talk to the shift manager. I tried multiple times and the number is unreachable.
Note: It wasn't on sale and it was paid in full. There was no declaration indicating "seasonal" or no return. HOW DO YOU REFUSE IT WITHOUT DECLARYING TO THE CUSTOMERS? Its against law. I have donated it for charity, and this is the worst experience i ever experienced. They treat their customers as s... and I will never recommend this place to anyone. NO FOR WALMART!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased croissants from a Walmart that were absolutely horrendous. I wanted to return them at this location. I was told by the lady working the customer service desk that it is not their problem that I didn't enjoy my product. If it isn't their problem then who should I be addressing? Clearly customer service isn't a strong suit of theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a pair of sneakers & a flapper valve for the toilet. Didn't find the flapper valve. The greeter was a fantastic gal & was on the ball for everyone's needs & wishing them a great day. Kind of set the tone to be happy before you even started shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the camera department and did over 100 pictures with the one hour service. The gentleman assured me it would be done in an hour. I went and picked up some items. Upon returning a young lady named Julie. Said it would be much longer. I do not understand if you are getting one hour service y is it almost 2. Last time the lady there charged me for instant prints instead of the one hour as she was not sure how to do it. This young lady Julie was excellent she got them as fast as the machine would let her. Bath the nicest thing was I had fallen a week ago (iam72 years old). My knee and leg and foot are swollen and terribly bruised she got me a chair to sit on while I waited. She was extremely pleasant and worked very hard helping all the customers
