★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best customer service at the Preston Crossing store. I forget their names except for Riza at returns but they were not only helpful but treated me with respect. That was meaningful because I know nothing about tech. I’ve only been there three times but every time they have been great. I will go there for all tech and electronic help and would tech it strongly to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any business that makes it so you can not phone the store and talk to a sales representative is not worth my business! They do not list the store phone number, you have to call a 1-866 number where you listen to a list of options, none of the options lead you to a human. Don't want to talk to customers? Then we go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BestBuy helped me finally score my XBOX SERIES X... I take back any bad thing I have said in the past few months the staff where super friendly ready to help and got me exactly what I have been looking for the past year!!! Bravo BestBuy for selling in store and not advertising it vastly so scalpers didn't get them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had one of the best experiences at this Best Buy location, the customer service guy named Gurvinder helped me , was knowledgeable , helpful and was very courteous to offer his help. I was very concerned with buying my product and he addressed all my concerns and recommended me getting Greek squad services. Will definitely come back looking for him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a good experience here but we are stuck with them in Saskatoon. They will match online prices like Amazon which is awesome if you are in a rush for something. The staff changed recently to become much more friendly except the staff at the Apple store counter. They are very pushy with sales and make the experience not comfortable.
This is such a weird store. Sometimes super friendly. Other days won’t say a word to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a new phone and the floor person, who wasn't very unprofessional, simply walked away, never seen him again. We were going to purchase a new phone but when we decided and wanted to ask another question about the phone, he left and never came back. That's unprofessional, poor customer service, he gave us about of attitude when we had questions to ask. Busy or not, if you are dealing with a customer you help them with a smile, friendlyness and the time to make that sale. That's how you keep a customer returning and if the corporate office know these things and don't deal with these type of complaints then they are not a food company, to big., in ready the reviews I don't think I saw one reply from a corporate customer person representative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on a Sunday to buy a DSLR camera, nobody offered to help, saw workers on their phones, talking to each other, and not one came over to ask if I needed anything or if I had any questions. There was few camera's on display, product was everywhere in store and not in proper locations. I left to go to the other Best Buy location...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have a good experience at Saskatoon Best Buy. I got a new Apple Watch two years ago and bought a 3 year warranty on it and was told at the time of purchase that the warranty I was buying would cover for a replacement of a cracked screen. I cracked my screen and went to use the warranty only to be told that the warranty only covered manufacturing issues and didn’t include accidental damages. Definitely lost my business and will never buy anything from here again!
