A	Alesha Elis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not appreciate the attitude in this store, the red headed worker in the fish department isn’t very pleasant along with any of the staff I saw on my visit, she didn’t maintain social distance and asked me to move when I was just finishing my paperwork (on the last question) so she could do work on the desk instead of just waiting,, won’t be back to this location, didn’t seem like anyone wanted to help me with my purchase and was annoyed I was bothering them.. also phones in ur back pocket isn’t a good look for ur company disappointed

But I wouldn't recommend it anymore not until THE MANAGEMENT, ACTUALLY TRAINS their staff, and they put up signs that say ALWAYS ASK THE OWNERS PERMISSION TO PET THEIR ANIMAL! This is such a horrible thing that I have to even mention this it should come as common f'ing sense but nope! If my pup bites your child and you never asked me if it was ok..... not my fault... you should be at fault and I shouldn't have to live with out my family member just because you didn't do the one thing that you should! I HOPE PETSMART SMARTENS UP AND PUTS SIGNS UP! SO NO FAMILIES have to lose their fur child!
A	Archie Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a fish at this location didn’t notice that the fish has an “ICH”, so I called them to let them know that I have this concern. One of the staff told me it’s either I buy a Ich cure or higher the water temperature or bring the fish back to the store. Told her that I don’t have an oxygen to fill the bag like what they do to put in the fish for travelling back to the store which is 15 minutes away from my location. then the staff suggested that I should switch the heater to a higher temperature and buy a ICH cure. Good idea!! SPEND MORE for the fish that was sold sick to me!! I didn’t want anything at all just sharing the experience!
T	Tom Gartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy substrate for my new aquarium, only one bag of what I wanted in stock, which was fine, however once at the till the cashier went on attack and started bad mouthing the competition and how their prices are way better and then went on to say that their plants and fish live longer than the ones purchased elsewhere. Bold statement considering a large portion of the live plants in store were melting and the only two times I have dealt with ich on my fish in all my years of fish keeping originated from fish purchased there. I found this extremely unprofessional and will make future purchases at the competition.
K	Kyra McGonigle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave their grooming services a try with my medium sized dog Bella. Evan H was the groomer we saw. It took him 4 hours to do one small dog. Bella walked out with a shaved body and fluffy head, tail and legs - it was awkward and uneven, he didn’t trim anything. He didn’t even cut her nails, he said he brushed her teeth - I didn’t notice a difference. He blamed Bella for moving too much. I told my regular groomer what happened and she was infuriated. She moves as much as any regular dog, I guess he must practice only on stuffed dogs. Very disappointed and will never come back, unless I go to get my money back. Don’t waste your or your dogs time.
S	Sourav Gangopadhyay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a review per se ! It's a question for people who have used petsmart grooming service. I took my dog 2 months ago for grooming. Came out well, the night though, he started having irregular bowel as well as, dysentery. Had to take him to vet the next day and kept him there overnight, medication, saline altogether 700 bucks. I didn't think of much other than that I heard later on that it happened to some other dog owners too. Grooming at petsnart made their dogs sick. Thats okay. May be they were all crazy coincidence. But I took my dog back again there yesterday and last night again, he started having upset stomach and dysentery !! 2 out of 2 times!! How is that a coincidence !! Groomers at petsmart you guys do a brilliant job in grooming. But if u r feeding something the pets to keep them calm, please don't do it. Am really sorry if am assuming wrong things. Am not accusing u guys for anything. I just wanna know what's happening. How I can explain this !
