★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served today by Anna. She was every so wonderful and lead me to a particular product I was looking for. Every visit has been easy, wonderful and stress free.
I am a fairly new cat mom and am still learning so much. I got Mama 6 months ago, and unbeknownst, she came to me carrying 2 bundles of joy. Yesterday, I took the male in for castration. When I brought him home, I had no idea there was a thing called feline non-recognition aggression. Last night was very stressful for me and my fur babies. Mama was very growly and hissy toward him and the poor young miss would often get caught n the cross hairs. It was very heart breaking. I did some research and very frequently came across the product name of Feliway. I was desperate and so purchased the spray bottle version. It has restored an amount of truce in the home. Mama still growls a little bit but has calmed down considerably and young miss can now lay with Mama. Young sir is still not entirely welcome but he can now lay in the near vicinity without Mama going all apocalyptical on him.
Feline non-recognition aggression is a very real thing that the vets are a not quite clear on, so for anyone who has a multi cat home and has not experienced it yet, please, for the sake of a happy home, I would encourage research in preparation of future vet visits and such.
Thank you so much much for your help today Anna. I was very heart broken and this whole situation had me to the point of tears, but now my home is much happier and on its way, hopefully, to full reconciliation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the person working might have been having a rough shift, so that should be taken into consideration here. The store was well stocked, clean, and organised, but the person working was, I have to say, quite unfriendly with us. People have bad days, and bad moments, and I really think (and hope) that we just caught this person at the wrong time - but the experience was pronounced enough for us that I'm leaving this review so others can maybe be extra nice to the folks who work here; it only takes a moment to make someone's day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff. Our dog is very shy and they trimmed her nails and groomed her and she looked so great after. I believe dogs smile bigger after because they feel so good and our girl sure did. We will be going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stopped by there tonight to pick up something for our new puppy. We were treated like visiting royalty. The girls working there were helpful and informed. Maybe they work on commission.
Either way our puppy was sure happy with what we brought home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a mat for my kitten and before buying I was suspicious about the its comfort. The sale staff told me try it and you can return it within 30 days if you think your kitten is not OK with it. I tried it and wanted to return it in 3 days but they refuse to accept return. The item was completely like new without any problem but without the tag. In pet value website, return policy section, it was mentioned that if your item does not have tag, you can get a gift card, but the staff(Sarah) told me that she does not know the policy and cannot accept return! How it is possible that a staff does not know a policy of company working in. I put that mat in the garbage and will not shop from that store for rest of my life. This was my first return after a year buying from that store.
