a	averycarmel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine and I came to bugsys last night and I have to say we had horrible service. Our food was great, drinks were good so those are a non-issue. Our server Amber brought our drinks and never came back to our table afterwards, another server brought us our food. Once we finally finished our food we had ordered, we waited at least 30 minutes for Amber to come back to our table to check on us which did not happen. We went to the counter and paid. Every other table was getting good service while she neglected to come to our table. My friend and I even noticed her standing around not doing her job just chatting with other workers, disappearing to and from the kitchen and coming out empty handed. We were very disappointed and will not have Amber as our server if we decide to go again if that’s the case.
D	D Larson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very late breakfast at Smittys today. I had the Monte Cristo eggs Benedict. Awesome!! The hollandaise sauce could have been more lemony for my taste, but that's usually the case every where. Service was also awesome.

B	Ben Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had left a 2 star review earlier today because I was legit disappointed with the fact that there are no signs directing me to the restaurant, I hope this is something that you shall consider to work on and the issue with my delivery has been resolved with Doordash directly, I appreciate you taking the time to leave a response to my review/complaint and your willingness to resolve my concern, for me that does say a lot! You work hard and every business putting in an effort to serve right deserves respect, my apologies for the 2 star rating a while ago, I have retracted that and leaving you a 5 star, cheers

After standing at the bar for almost 15 minutes while people around me were served, I was completely ignored. Then finally told I would not be served. When I asked why not, I was told they had their reasons and that was the last time I have or will ever patron your establishment again. I was sober and nothing but patient. The bartender who normally served me was great but sadly was off that night...
