L	Levi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars cause the food and service was great! 1 star to the cook that treated our waitress very rudely infront of us. From the beginning she had mentioned she was new so she might have to ask questions regarding certain items, no problem. She was very friendly and always smiling, quality checked us twice, which was appreciated. Our entire visit was great up until we went to pay, and observing how the cook treated her was unsettling. I don't remember her name but SHE WAS GREAT! Thanks again kisavos for the great food, hopefully by the time we return next time that gentleman knows how to treat his colleagues better.

Food was fine, but my pop drink had about 7-8 fruit flies in it! Didn’t notice from usual dinner conversation until I had almost completed my drink. The server was just as shocked as I was and came back to say that they had a fruit fly problem in the kitchen (I think it was the ice) and that they were going to eliminate the situation. Of course they comp’ed me for my beverage, but weren’t willing to remedy it anymore than that. I know times are challenging right now, but any restaurant establishment better ensure there’s no infestation in the food and drink they’re serving (hope the fruit flies weren’t in my food too) if they expect return business. I will not be returning to Kisavos again and taking my business elsewhere. All it takes is one bad experience (especially when not handled to the customer’s satisfaction) to end any further patronage at any business.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is how I get treated when I question the food for the first time? I was told on the phone with 1st call, they would replace, but never order again. Same on 2nd call when pizza was worse. When I brought it back to them I was told to never come back! I have loved this restaurant for years and recommended them to many people. This is how I am treated on my first concern? Wow
C	Craig W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30+ years I've enjoyed there ribs. 1st time I ordered delivery and I got a half order at a full order price plus delivery. I recommend take out. Ps. That's not a complaint because it's always delicious ribs!

If you do go, I don’t know which I liked better, breakfast food or that lemon chicken rice soup. Let me tell you why I frequented this bar so often… Tony, good guy and he always has a smile on his face. “Kristen” might be one of my favourite people that ever lived. Good price for drinks, always have something on special and they make a pretty good pizza. Nice spot for you and a couple friends to have a couple drinks and eat some good food.
A	A Mk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Ordered Greek salad with calamari, shrimp scampi and kids pizza. There was literally 2 olives, 2 small chunk of tomato, 2 small sliced round cucumbers, 1 teaspoon of feta with tons of lettuce. It was more of a Caesar salad. I went there to have a Greek salad with olives, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers ,feta cheese and onions. But this was so disappointing. The dressing was thick and gooey. The calamari was fat chunk of rubbery squid coated with old bread crumbs/ panko,greased with oil. I could taste the old crumbs. Shrimp scampi was again coated with old bread crumbs, and over cooked shrimp, kids pizza the crust was very hard. On top of it all, the waitress did not bother to ask how the food was ( maybe she knew it sucked and did not want to take chance of hearing our experience) . Even during the payment, she did not bother to ask how the food was! Never going here.
