★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude , unprofessional people and not well trained at all. They did blood draw to my wife and her hand was bleeding but the lady who was doing it left my wife and took few minutes for them to send some other nice lady to fix the problem .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommemd. Went there for a bloodtest and may have ended up with spme nerve damage. The nurse did not really address the pain i had when I got the injection and just played it off like its nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs' behaviour is more or less fine, except the Indian ones! They are unprofessional & unapologetically rude.
The blood work service is not that much smooth.
They need to be more organized and well behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 12 month old in. We got in really close to our appointment time. Tech had no problems finding a vein and they were gentle but got the job done with a squirmy one year old. I was really impressed with the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception went back and forth on whether they can take a vaginal swab from me when I had the swab with me already. the lady that took my blood never sanitized my skin with alcohol before putting the needle in. Wasn’t busy but the service was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The medical portion of this establishment is fine, but the bathroom was very dirty. It looked like the toilet, floors and sink hadn’t been attended to for days. When I informed the front desk she said that cleaner come in every day, but by the look of that place (floors etc) that isn’t the case. For a place where people are getting blood taken/other tests I would expect the cleanliness to be somewhat above a gas station?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I phoned the Market Mall Life Labs to confirm that they had received a requisition form from my physician. After trying several times, It was very clear that you can never speak to an actual person. What you will get is a recording stating general information about when they are opened and so on. After that recording has played, there is no option to wait to speak to someone. If that is not frustrating enough, your call will then go to voicemail. But guess what? Their mail box is always full so there is no way to even leave a message. To have any direct contact with them, you literally have to go to Life Labs. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
