On nous fait changer de caisse pour ramasser un colis, jamais la même chose d'une fois a l'autre, même si c'est la même caissière. Horrible front checkout service. Canada Post service hours not in accordance with the advice received, we travel for nothing. We are made to change boxes to pick up a package, never the same thing from one time to another, even if it is the same cashier.

Le pire c’est qu’au fil des années ce n’est pas les mêmes personnes mais toujours le même service désagréable. Ils ont collé à la caisse une feuille qui dit qu’aucune agressivité ne sera tolérée! Pas de difficulté à croire que certains clients deviennent frustrés!!!! A éviter à tout prix! Il y a une autre pharmacie à Bromont! Truly the worst pharmacy. The employees are really very rude. The worst part is that over the years it's not the same people but always the same rude service. They stuck a sheet on the cash register that says no aggression will be tolerated! No difficulty believing that some customers are getting frustrated !!!! Avoid at all costs! There is another pharmacy in Bromont!

The service is very bad in this pharmacy. Everyone is stupid. Except for a young woman in cosmetics who is very nice and she explained to me very well.

Une dame d'un certain âge, mince, cheveux blonds, courts , portant des lunettes. Elle nous a parlé d'une façon hostile et elle jetait sur le comptoir les billets que ma copine a achetés. Elle nous a donné l'impression qu'on n'était pas les bienvenus à la pharmacie. Nous avons ressenti une certaine xénophobie. Endroit à ne plus y mettre les pieds. Today, Saturday March 12, 2022, around 1 p.m. My friend and I were very badly received by the cashier. A lady of a certain age, slender, blonde hair, short, wearing glasses. She spoke to us in a hostile way and she threw on the counter the tickets that my girlfriend bought. She made us feel like we weren't welcome at the pharmacy. We felt a certain xenophobia. Place not to set foot there.

J'ai beau donné la chance à cette pharmacie mais une fois me faire dire en demandant un prix un gros soupir et moi de demander "est-ce que je dérange" et me faire répondre qu'elle a sa journée dans le corps. 2e fois me dire que la poste est toute croche et que si c'était à elle la pharmacie elle mettrait pas mal tout le monde dehors, + plusieurs autres fois, coudonc, bon bien c'est terminé cette pharmacie, il y a une pharmacie l'autre bord de la rue... Or I have a problem, 2.1/5 I have rarely seen this but the administration seems to be zealous to remedy this. I gave this pharmacy a chance but once I was told asking for a price a big sigh and I asked "am I bothering" and told me that she has her day in the body. 2nd time telling me that the post office is all crooked and that if the pharmacy was hers, she would pretty much kick everyone out, + several other times, congratulations, fine, this pharmacy is over, there is a pharmacy the other side of the street...

After getting my first set of prescribed pills the pharmicist gave my new prescription to the cashier and cashier explained and said it is all ok, no interactions between the 2 pills. When i asked for my renewal the pharmicist said I am not allowed to take them together and can cause harm to my body. Thank you for telling me this 30 days later. Will never go back here be careful!
X	X T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give it 0 stars I would. These 2 are the most rude and incompetent employees I've faced in a long time. They refused to identify themselves or call the management at my request so I had to document it here and prevent people from facing this attitude. I wanted to buy something that was on discount but the price on the cash was wrong. After checking they wanted to give me the item for the reduced price saying that under 10$ they dont have to give it for free. Super rudely told me to go read the store policy - which I did. After I told them they are wrong the refused to read it themselves and got very offensive and agressive. Long story short they told me that Im lucky and their manager doesn't give anything for free... meaning doesn't obey the store and government policy. I understand its hard to find employees these days and that's why those 2 still have a job... hopefully not for long
