I bought a big 35 lb bad of dog food and 25 lb of cat food which were heavy and all 4 staff watched me struggle and drag the bags across the floor. Soooo I don't think I'll be back. I'll find another place to buy my pets their food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know those stores that have been around forever? The ones that have always been dependable and no-nonsense? I find it such a pity when they turn corporate and stop valuing customer service and quality product - in favour of outrageous profit.
I recently bought some very expensive seed here, sure I would get a quality product that was worth the money. Unfortunately 2 of the 5 packages did not germinate. Nothing.
I was certain they would stand behind their (overpriced) product, but they said I must have done something wrong, and they'd"go broke" if they replaced all the seed that doesn't germinate. Says a lot about the quality of their product.
I have since heard many many negative experiences from other people, specifically that you can't trust their seed to germinate, or even be what they say it is on the package - and that their modus operandi is to blame customers for the poor results. So they are aware of the problem, but refuse to take responsibility for if. Actually sounds like a bit of a scam... And so ironic given their name.
Buy elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always Friendly service. They do stock a large variety of feeds which is plus for me! One stop shop! The one guy who loads feed is always the happiest guy on earth. Love seeing him. I once got some bad dairy feed, called up and they were fantastic, they investigated it and made it right, right away. Really good customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The level of customer service is outstanding. They will grab the bags of dog food and take it out to your car for you. The selection is outstanding and it supports local manufacturers. I don't get my dog food anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing staff. It was my puppy's first time on-leash in a pet friendly business and he felt like a celebrity.
Business end, it's the first business that I know of in the city that has seeds this time of year so one can start their plants indoors. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection!
This was my first visit and I will ABSOLUTELY be back for my gardening/pet needs in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main store has lots of options and lots of flowers, plants and other supplies. I was able to find the correct items in the right size I needed with one of the main people at the front desk's help.
Greenhouse is decent size with lots of plant options both inside and out, front desk/till work was very kind.
