★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we haven't made any purchases yet our family is interested in keeping an aquarium. We stopped in to see what it was about and the employee we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Once we get going with the aquarium project I will be returning to Bayside for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! The ONLY place in Canada I could find that would ship me frozen food in dry ice (not something they usually do, but were happy to accommodate). I don't live near an LFS but normally I'm okay with an overnight trip to pick up frozen food, not so much during a pandemic.
The selection of food was great, Larry's reef frenzy, piscine energetics, hikari all the stuff you'd expect at a high end store, and almost everything I wanted in stock.
My oldest fish are 15 years old, and even my big meaty lps eat lots of frozen food. The fish and coral selection look great. The packaging was perfect. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to order livestock, reasonable amount gets free shipping as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two men working there were incredibly kind and helpful. They explained things in great detail and took the time to help my friend and I. The fish/corals were beautiful and looked to be well cared for and healthy. We ended up finding the perfect setup for us thanks to them! I'd highly recommend this store for beginner and advanced aquarium lovers- as well as to anyone who would love to learn some cool things and see some amazing things!!
