★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thay definitely know there stuff unlike the other petstores. Everyone is normally nice and happy to help. The one down side of this store is the high price on pet care objects. I've been getting my fish from there for 5 years now and the fish always look good and healthy when I get them home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a goldfish from this store and noticed fin rot in their tank on one of the fish. They reassured me it was not contagious. The fish I bought developed mouth rot within days and died. My beloved pond fish I've had for 3 years started to get sick and now we have lost one. Our other big momma fish has rot on her body now and is dieing. I am very upset and when I researched about it..it says it is very serious and catchy. Thanks for killing our pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried to purchase feeder from them several times. Every single time there has been some issue. This last time was really the last straw, I purchased 100 super worms when I got them home and transferred them to a bigger tub there was only 70. I called the store and their response was to transfer them back to the smaller tub, bring them back to the store and they will give me a different container with no guarantee that there would be 100 in the new container.
They claim to have to control over them because they come in pre packaged.... Do better Petland

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our beautiful Great Pyraneese recently diagnosed with bone cancer here to purchase a ramp to assist him in getting up a few stairs in the house....the ramp didn't work out and the good staff refunded us. A week later we said good-bye to our beautiful Bjorn?
