The managers don’t apply sale prices to new games. Every store in Saskatoon could have a sale price on a game, but this company will not put the same sale on.
One time I mistakenly forgot to price check. I was charged full price for a game that should have been half price. During that time I didn’t notice the price difference, I had just gotten news a family member was in hospital via text. I payed for the game assuming it would be the same price as everywhere else in Canada. It wasn’t till later in that day I noticed I had payed full price.
I tried to explain to the cashier my situation. I asked if they can offer a price match, discount, future discount or anything at all. They simply said no, our managers don’t do anything like that. They won’t help you because they don’t really care and don’t have the time for these kinds of things.
Since then I don’t shop at this store anymore. I think I would only give them my money if they had a really good sale. Otherwise I’d much rather go to a more upfront, friendly and honest store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the only game store I shop at. Owner is the friendliest man. Place is like museum for gamers and fun to visit, and most of all everything is priced fairly! I've gotten some great deals here and some hard to find games also. Highly recommend.

Definitely the best option in town for new or retro video games. Employees are knowledgeable and always willing to recommend a new game to play. The owner is a pleasure to deal with.
