The first guy ordered the part and said that it could be 10 or days before it got here and it was here in 4 days. The second guy did have a little problem because it was tight fitting but he got the job done and he cleaned up the mess. I was impressed very polite people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very responsive on the phone and efficient at scheduling. They are very busy however so don’t delay in calling them. I suspect they are this busy because they are so good at what they did. My brand new Samsung Refrigerator took three calls to fully fix, but Shaughnessy never gave up until it was repaired to my satisfaction. I would definitely go to them again with appliance repairs.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as well as explained everything to me that had happened and been done to my refrigerator in terms of repairs. The receptionists were very kind and promptly got back to me over a message I had left on the weekend. I would highly recommend Shaughnessy Appliance Service Ltd. to anyone looking for appliance repairs. My refrigerator was diagnosed within minutes of the technician coming and the servicing was completed and cleaned up within an hour. Great service.

The technology and how the service techs use it is incredible..... they provide a quote right there while servicing the appliance, no waiting and they usually have the parts within a few days. Highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited Shaughnessy Appliance Service Ltd twice in late 2021. The first time was to see if they could find a replacement part for a very old over the stove exhaust fan. Unfortunately they no longer made the part but they checked for it.
The next time was for a cutlery holder for a dishwasher. This they ordered in for me and they notified me when it came in. They were able to hold it for me as I wasn't able to pick it up before the store closed. I really hope everyone has a great new year. Many thanks, Shaughnessy Appliance Service Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician came sooner than expected to assess why my garage fridge wasn't working. Required follow up in the shop. Contracted movers who moved my fridge to and from the shop were quick, courteous and professional. Shop assessment was quick and professional resulting in no surprises or unexpected costs. My fridge was returned in good working order. I have used Shaughnessy a few times and have found them to be professional, timely and courteous. I recommend them for your appliance repairs.
