I left her a message about my inquiry and Larissa was very quick to return my call. She was very helpful over the phone and e-mail with my requests. This is my first experience dealing with Prairie Oxygen and I'm very happy with the service.

There was a technical issue with the WIFI communication on my CPAP and she investigated the problem and dealt with the supplier. Larissa stuck with the problem until it was resolved to our satisfaction (the unit was replaced by the supplier). During this time she helped facilitate the purchase of travel units which we were wanting such that I could use one for the period that the supplier was resolving the issues with the main unit. This was a no fuss no muss solution and she took care of all the details and programming of the units. Larissa's efficiency and professionalism especially in these times was greatly appreciated.
g	gm Mooney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Prairie Oxygen on Friday April 1 as the velcro straps on my mask were not holding and I needed to replace it. The ladies were very nice there but failed to tell me that I could just buy the headgear for $47.00 and sold me the whole mask for $296.00. I never removed it from the bag that they packed it in and when I phoned them April 4 Monday I was told that it is their recommendation to replace everything every year. I asked her that I thought that they should at least inform the customer of their options but apparently not. I guess that was their April Fool's joke on me. A person on a tight budget might not replace a part because they don't know and if they can't afford the whole mask their health could be affected.

Totally going above and beyond in order to get me going home for the weekend! Meanwhile their employee Doug was coordinated to be at our home to setup then tutor us on use of the home concentrator. Great people offering great service!!

Larissa Downs answered my call and was able to supply a new machine within a couple of days. All I can say is WOW and hats off to Larissa; what a wonderful, caring lady. I am so happy I called Prairie Oxygen.
