Always clean & very friendly service from the great staff. Also don't have to pay for parking when its just a Pharmacy pick-up.

I have mixed feelings about this pharmacy. I initially saw a pharmacist there who was very thorough and went through everything with me via consultation. After the appt I was whisked off to the til with a handful of vitamins which I felt was a bit too forceful. I was also told a follow up might be a good idea down the road. A month later I had a few more questions and called to book the followup. I was told there was a $50 non-refundable deposit, but was not asked how I would like to pay. I was only told that an email with the details would be sent. I wrongly assumed I might be billed via email or in person before the appointment and in hindsight it is my fault I didn't clarify this detail. I called back the very next day to confirm the pricing because I wasn't too keen on spending another $90 on a 15 min followup. I was told that my credit card had already been billed. I was stumped. How did this happen? I didn't give my credit card details to them over the phone the day previous. I had NEVER given my authorization, verbal or written, to keep my credit card details on file during the appointment one month previous, yet that's what they had done. In light of this misunderstanding I asked if I could perhaps have a refund because I no longer felt comfortable using their business. They flat out refused. I'm still very upset that they kept my credit card info on file without my consent. It sounds highly illegal for a business to do so. It's a shame because I did get some great advise from the pharmacist initially, but I will no longer use their services.
