★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmasave doesn't live up to its name. Prices are higher than shoppers drug Mart like $10 for a friggin frozen pizza. Sale prices are very sparse throughout the store. They even overprice the basic essentials like milk and eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son there for his Covid Vaccine. My son is extremely needle phobic and the pharmacist was so patient and gentle with him. We will definitely be going back to this location for more pharmacy services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ added a no backpack policy to a location beside a bus terminal where people are more likely to use a backpack to carry their stuff. no such rule for purses so this affects men disproportionately . Love being assumed a thief for using a backpack and being expected to trust the staff who have no secured storage for peoples bags to keep my bag stuff safe and return it to the right person. What a Lazy loss prevention policy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, good location; but, a bit pricey. Here's the bigger rub, they don't check expiration dates. I've bought milk that went bad before the date. Ok, that happens..but, now, today, I see this. Milk, sold past the exp date. And, they have the audacity to charge full price too? I can't reccomend this place. Check prices, dates, etc if you purchase from here.. becareful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think I've really had a bad experience. In fact, they made note of me checking the time so I didn't miss my bus. Even though it's on me to at the till with enough time, the gal called am associate to ring me through as the gal in front had a fair few things and would take too long. I was ready to apologize for leaving stuff at the front and bail.
Everyone working here (especially the ones I see frequently) are always friendly, actively busy around the store, and are helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pharmacy, excellent customer service and wide variety of pharmaceuticals. I usually get my vitamins from my family and my self there. Quick place to grab a beverage or energy drink as they always have awesome deals. They have a great selection of hygiene products such as deodorant, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, soap and many more. Get customer service when picking up your medication from the pick up area and also do flu shots. Overall appearance is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. I was buying a few items, and had a free play to redeem on lotto. As I handed the cashier the ticket, I said "there's a free play, please add the extra to the ticket". The clerk redeemed it, but made a mistake and didn't add the Extra. I had expressed to her twice I wanted the Extra before she printed it. She admitted the mistake, but then insisted it couldn't be corrected. I didn't believe that, and said I still wanted what I had asked for. She started arguing with me about it! I told her I had worked in retail for years, and NEVER would make a mistake and then tell the customer they had to take the item anyway, even though the mistake was mine. Another cashier nearby overheard the conversation, came over and QUICKLY CORRECTED THE MISTAKE and printed a new correct ticket. I asked the original cashier "oh, so I guess you CAN correct lotto mistakes?" Her response was "oh, I didn't know" and she was still being rude and belligerent. I said if you don't know, find out! Don't rudely insist to the customer you can't and then try and force them to take the ticket you printed in error. This woman was rude right until the end.. no apology or embarrassment. Gross
