★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. I've lost on the past my bus pass and called immediately and they asked me questions and contacted the bus driver and found it and got it returned to me. It was awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What i’ve noticed is the drivers are usually extremely kind, or extremely rude. One time it was dark at night and I was alone getting onto the bus. I realized when i went up to use my card i had lost it. The driver looked very empathetic and without even contemplating he just said I can get a ride for free. He told me there’s no need to worry about it and he wouldn’t want me to walk across the city alone at nighttime. That is an example of one of the friendly drivers i’ve encountered. One time a couple years ago when I was on the bus, there was a baby crying in its mothers arms, and the bus driver started yelling at the mother while he was driving. He was saying things like “CALM THAT KID DOWN! SHUT IT UP I NEED MY FULL ATTENTION ON THE ROAD!” and also proceeded to say “IF YOU CANT HANDLE UR CHILD THEN GET TRANSPORTATION SOME OTHER WAY”. It was extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bus left 10min early causing me to ether wait the 30min+10min for the next bus or walk 45min well I chose walk more reliable apparently. Id expect leaving maybe 5min early at best to be reasonable I showed up 7min early and still..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a very long term rider and have very mixed views on the service, it was once very reliable but over the past few years I found I needed to catch the bus before the one I needed to get to work on time because I couldn’t rely on the drivers keeping to schedule (now some of the rides were almost an hour so I had to leave an hour and a half before work). This became very aggravating after the advent of the Transit app and I could see the bus I needed to get home from working in Blairmore sitting at the Confed terminal at the time it should have been at my stop, which meant missed connection and waiting outside at Confederation Mall for half an hour for the next bus.
As far as drivers go there are some amazing drivers but just as many or more that were rude and unpleasant- you are still providing a customer service. I actually had one driver refuse me service after asking why he was 20 minutes late - call into customer service and they always say oh I am sorry but never any compensation for paying for a cab or be late for work.
In the winter no place to keep warm in -40 temps while waiting for transfers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a public bus stop area. It is super busy especially at peak commute times. The bus to the airport only costs $3.00 and takes 15 minutes. Its cheaper than a ? taxi.

Every evening its late about 10-15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the displeasure of having the most ignorant and rude bus driver an older man with long greasy grey hair. This driver should never be in a position to deal with the public who are the customers and I hope they get rid of him sooner the better. On a positive side the lady bus driver I had after was very nice and helpful she was a real professional. My thanks goes to her.
