A	Adam Trenten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my go to places to shop, there at least twice a week just for milk. I wish they carried the same assortment of food items that the 'big' grocery stores do, I'd never shop anywhere else. I cannot say to much about the Post Office I rarely have reason to utilize it's services. Since my address causes my packages to get dropped at a different location. The Pharmacy is great, I actually transferred my prescriptions from a different Shoppers because of their lousy service. Certain pharmacy staff members have bent over backwards in aiding me to rectify health issues. I don't understand the 1-star rating given by some customers. I'm just glad to see that the number of people giving them 5-star ratings more than doubles the amount of single star ones, so they do not receive an unwarranted negative reputation.
K	Kai C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is quite gloomy and quiet; often not very busy, but it is only OK to me. The store doesn't have a great selection of products; more just a little bit of everything, here and there. The prices aren't bad, some of the sales there are good, and you can get some good things for quite cheap. The customer service, however, is lacking. I was not greeted with a "hello", and the cashier did not even acknowledge me. The cashier seemed to not care about anything, and slammed the cash register quite rudely. No "goodbye", "have a nice day" or "thank you", even when I tried saying "hi" or "bye". They may have just had a bad day, but I would appreciate better service. Might come here if I need to get something quick, but I wouldn't choose this Shoppers if I had the option.

I guess it’s a good thing I’m only in town for a few days and don’t live in the area. I’d certainly not be shooing when she’s working.
J	Jeff Van ELsakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is honestly the most useless pharmacy in the entire city, we got a prescription sent over, over a week ago straight from the doctor, the doctor advised we wait a few days as it will need to be ordered in, we show up Saturday to pick it up for them to tell us. " you have to call in after before we order it"......why would a doctor send you a prescription not to be filled? if that was the case why wouldn't we just get a form and call it in ourselves etc? so now the prescription isnt here on time for the doctors appointment and everything has to be rescheduled. this is the 5th time we have a had a terrible experience. these people got their license for pharmaceuticals from a cereal box. go anywhere but here, a crack head outside downtown is probably better suited to assist you.

I did my vaccinations and flu shot there and it was good experience , no wait times .Also want to mention the special thanks to tall pharmacist with beard who in his regular shift was still helping people with flu shots and almost no wait time, polite and caring. Thanks for working so hard in busy times, You deserve 10/10
S	Sarah Killen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A family friend took her special needs son to this location, seeking to receive the covid booster shot for him, as he is already double-vaccinated. He has Angelman syndrome, a condition which results in severe developmental delays, he is non-verbal, uses a wheelchair, and experiences severe sensory discomfort, for example, when wearing a mask. He has written doctors notes from his neurologist and family physician, stating that he cannot wear a mask and is immunocompromised. The staff of this shoppers refused to serve them as he wasn’t wearing a mask. Special-needs individuals are discriminated against constantly within society, but for them to be denied access to the booster shot because of his disability is disgusting. They left the pharmacy feeling defeated and hopeless, something an individual should never experience when trying to access a vaccine that could be life-saving if he were to contract covid-19. I will never visit, nor support, shoppers drug mart following this interaction, and I urge others to do the same.
D	Derek Hanneson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place if time matters a little bit They have since Tuesday to get a prescription ready 5 days still not ready in which I have been picking up at this location for a year monthly On Sunday I stop to pick up. They said 15 mins I shopped in the store. 25 mins later I asked and was told another 15 mins I left and moved my services to a proper pharmacy
K	Kay Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for years as it's close to home, but was very disappointed with the service today. It was very busy and Betty, the Front Manager, yelled at one of her workers over the intercom to help people at self checkout, but no one took him up on the offer as we all wanted a till. She did it again while I was in line, so when it was my turn I let her know that the young man had offered, but no one accepted. She then raised her voice at me and said I should have just used the self checkout and that they're ripping out the cashier lanes soon anyway. That's exactly the reason why I don't want to use the self checkout; they will probably lay off several cashiers and there will be no one left to help customers except miserable old Betty. I will say that there has always been fantastic service at the pharmacy, and the ladies at the makeup counter have been consistently helpful in the past.
