g	gm Mooney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A TOTAL NIGHTMARE after I paid them for a mask( which was compulsary for the testing) that began on July 13, 2017. I was tested with one of their machines that adjusts when needed but they knew that the machine I was getting held at a steady pressure. The final mask they stuck me with is horrible and flutters /leaks all around to the point that I can not see or breathe and have to keep taking it off. When I asked the lady that does the fitting how to take the mask apart for cleaning she yanked and pulled and said that the elbow does not come off. I came home and watched YOUTUBE that showed me how it DOES come off. When I tried to tell them about the mask, she just twisted things and a lot off yapping and Kim (he is the older guy that works at the front desk) said that I could go else where if I wanted to but they KEPT my money and I have a useless mask. I wonder how many people have left there not getting the proper treatment therapy because they just don't care. I can not go on fighting with this mask so I am forced to buy another one and I will be going to a place that cares like VITALAIRE. This is a business that is dealing with peoples HEALTH!!! DEC.UPDATE: I went to Vital Aire and they were professional and understanding and helped me out. Medigas has my money but Vital Aire has my business and I highly recommend them to everyone.
