Their catering menu offers a wide variety of options, including items from local companies specializing in dietary substitutions.
Boryski's is always a hit! I definitely recommend stopping in there for lunch.

I bought some Alligator here two weeks ago.
It was kind of like a cross between chicken and pork, but every third bite or so tasted like Walleye, so it might be an acquired taste for some.
Unless you like pork, chicken and fish all mixed up together. Then it's amazing!
This is a fantastic meat shop though.
The service is great, the food is great, and they have every cut of meat you can imagine, including my personal favorite, tomahawk steaks!
I'm hoping that one of these days they will get in some kangaroo or giraffe or something......
