★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful ladies here, with everything going on with the Covid 19. They helped us get everything done we needed to. Dealing with SGI has been more than difficult but they managed everything for us. Highly recommend doing all of your insurance and SGI related business here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ve been working with Cherry Ins. for last few years and the level of professionalism and service is second to none. I had a huge issue with insurance company that decided to deny my claim. Cherry insurance management team (Mr. Nola) decided to fight for me, free of charge. Insurance company decided to change their decision and compensate me for all damages. Not many companies are willing to put this much effort in order to help their clients.
I shouldnt not forget to mention that all staff members have been extremely helpful and responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My neice needed help, instead of being informative the lady (dressed as a fairy elf or whatever) was demeaning. Get better manners, or learn to treat all equal, and obviously observe if someone looks confused about what you are saying.

Me- but it’s 5:30 and your website says you’re open until 6?

How is this acceptable? I will not return tomorrow, pretty sure there is no shortage of insurance brokers willing to take my money during work hours.
So unprofessional
And for the love of god, fix your front step before someone gets hurt!

I was short of some documents because of a recent move and the team here went above and beyond, explained me the process, helped me get documents including verification in the most polite way ever. One of the associate left her lunch to help us and it simply made my day. They all work as a team and focus on resolving issues rather than dealing with it after. I am impressed for life and will highly recommend. Thanks again!
