The people I've dealt with here are patient, thorough in what they explain to you, and more than willing to suggest anything they can to help you get the most of your plan. They know what theyre doing and it's a breath of fresh air as opposed to the outlets in malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother going here if you have an issue. They will just tell you to call sasktel rather than sort things out. The humboldt location ended up straightening everything out. The manager and worker were nice, but they weren't very helpful. Save your gas, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most positive experience I’ve ever had at a Sasktel related business... wow... Chris helped me out and he was absolutely wonderful the entire time. I was having a hard time finding the phone I wanted in the city and he made sure to hold the seemingly only iPhone 11 128gb for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and how I was setting up my new phone. I don’t normally write reviews but this was very deserved as I usually have the worst customer service experiences with cell phone related situations... thanks again Chris!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compact shop is a clean, bright, well laid-out space with friendly responsive staff. The parking is a little constrained, but easy to get in and out of with all snow removed. Winter accessibility is typical for Saskatoon with some snow to fight. Well trained staff familiar with a good selection of stock. Careful handling of clients during pandemic is a plus.
