The price was just over half of the well-known competitor, service was very friendly and they were open late enough on a stat holiday for me to make it in! Super pleased with the price and service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I did find cheaper prices, but also cheaper materials. The back they replaced on my phone broke within 24 hrs and I never dropped it. It was in my purse, but even if it was dropped with a case on, it wouldnt break if it were quality (as the original took a long time and a lot of abuse to break)
Now it's been less than a month and the second back they put on is also broken....cheaper price but cheaper parts so don't count on it lasting as long as original factory replacement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my iphone 11 pro cameras and battery replaced. about 2 weeks later I stuck my phone in water for a picture while on vacation and roughly 3 hrs later my screen was unusable, after about 6 hrs the phone became useable again but it sat on a fan to dry. I'm guessing they didn't replace the seal around my screen when they had the phone open. the phone still works and but it randomly shuts of and face id no longer works. I'm currently waiting for my phone to shut off and not turn back on. I sent an email through the website and no response.
