★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service representatives were very efficient, valued my time, and presented themselves in a professional friendly manner. I interacted with 5 different individuals, all outstanding.
The shuttle drivers were also very accommodating and friendly. Steve originally from Australia was most engaging and interesting, shared some personal stories but only once he too realized i was friendly and talkative.

About a year ago, we spoke to Ryan Derksen about a potential purchase, and while we weren't quite ready to buy, he really left an impression. When we were ready, he was unavailable, but referred us to Charles Inglis, who went above and beyond. He connected us to the exact vehicle we were looking for and communicated with us regularly while we waited for it to arrive. Everyone we dealt with at Ens in sales, financing (Angela and John), and delivery (Michaela) were awesome and clearly enjoyed their work. We're thrilled with our purchase and to be part of the Toyota community. Thank you to everyone at Ens for your excellent service!

The well detailed explanation of the vehicle and other services we informative that we don’t have a lingering of regret getting the vehicle. And although we did have to wait for about two months for the vehicle to arrive, it does makes sense since there are shortage of parts. Overall all, very satisfied with the experience, and hope that their service remains the same or better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly enjoyed my experience with Rob Paterson. He was professional, yet down to earth, kind and informative. Although times are tough in the marketplace right now, he was able to provide me comfort in finding the right vehicle and I am super excited about my new to me Toyota.
I love my 2020 Rav 4 and everything it has to offer. The staff and environment is extremely friendly and welcoming and I feel confident in going back to purchase more vehicles over the years... assuming Rob hasn't croaked by then.... 10/10 recommend dealing here if you need a vehicle.
