★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time to do business with ens Toyota in their service department, and I am so pleased on how they took care of me, most specially Mr.Ken Klassen and the lady who made me laugh big time that day and the lovely shuttle driver who helped me aswell I just forgot their names sorry ?. I was a walk-in customer but still they gave me a good Customer service great smile and very informative. Didn't wait for so long.Got back my vehicle fast and it's been washed aswell. What else can i say? 2 thumbs up ??

Not only did they quickly find and repair my vehicles issues, they also did not charge me for a portion of the labor. The team goes the extra mile for their customers, I highly recommend this place. My vehicle is back on the road and running smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a Tacoma with lots of recent service done here (Have receipts and they have it on file). Just over 2 years ago they charged the previous owner $1143 to replace inner cv boots. On the work order it states the outer boots were removed and reinstalled at this time. Recently had the wheel off and noticed the control arms and other components were covered in grease that has clearly been there for a long time. Noticed that the clamps on the cv boots were reinstalled improperly, causing the grease to fly out and letting dirt in, ruining the cv axle over time. I called asking if there was anything they could do since it was a mistake by their tech. After waiting over a week for a call back, I called again and was told that they wouldn’t do anything because it was over the 2 year warranty and previous owner should’ve noticed earlier. This is very unprofessional as it could easily be missed without a through inspection which is something you shouldn’t have to do after getting your vehicle back from service. Will never trust them will my vehicle and I suggest you think twice before trusting them with yours, their incompetence and lack of standing behind their work will cost you.
