★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience and after years of oil changes I won't go back. Basic oil change, tried to scare me into getting some things done. After I got home some mysterious charge on my bill for Windshield Washer. Not sure what that was about as the washer tank was not full. Made a joke about the make and model of my car. Said the air pressure in tires was checked and I know it wasn't. I wonder what was or was not checked? In a city this large customer service should be number 1. Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a simple oil change and came out with a wealth of knowledge. The manager let me know that one, my air filter is dirty but doesn't need to be changed right away just to keep an eye on it. Two, that my belt on my car is starting to wear out and would have to be replaced soon. And three that my AC is on steroids and turns my AC hose into a frosty cone! I was in and out in about an hour (I also did some shopping too). All associates there were very friendly and following the health guidelines. Taking my keys with a sanitizer wipe in hand and giving my keys back cleaned with a sanitizer wipe in hand. I will DEFINITELY be going back there and I would highly recommend that establishment any day of the week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give less, i would!! I will NEVER go back to this shop. I went in to get a screw removed and my tire repaired and was told that my brakes were in a state of emergency repair!!..I shouldn't wait to get them done- two weeks maximum!!
The only reason I went there to get my tire repaired was because at 3-4 pm on a Saturday, most other shops were closed or by appointment at that time of day (which meant Monday) I had RECENTLY (2weeks ago) had an oil change and maintenance inspection done at my DEALERSHIP and THEY said nothing, as well as marked brakes on my inspection sheet as Good...WTH??...Who's trying to pull one over on the single lady??!..ESPECIALLY WHEN I GO TO THE COUNTER TO GET MY VEHICLE AT THIS MR.LUBE, AND THE TECHNICIAN IS TELLING THE GENTLEMAN IN FRONT OF ME THE EXACT SAME STORY!!! VERBATIM!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves and get your head wrapped around the concept that good service REALLY starts with 100% honestly which leads to respect and repeat business.
DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They changed out my winter tires with summer tires. They were fast efficient and friendly. I have used this shop for other services with the same results. It was the same staff as last year. Experienced staff is always a bonus. Good job!
