Tried to return after Xmas but because I didn’t have the other pair or the receipt the store refused to do anything. What poor customer service over a pair of socks! Who saves a receipt for socks and who expects to find a hole in a brand new sock?!

They didn't try to assist me or tell me about their promotions happening today, I overheard them telling other women who entered. I ended up having to ask them for help and also about their promotions. The one associate talked down to me like I didn't belong in there. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by the salesperson that I was rude coz I wasn't paying attention to what she said. I'm so use to come in and look around at this store since they open. I thought i was minding my own business . I always ask someone if I need it something. But that person telling you are rude that's different story. Did you look me down coz I'm different color? Did you know that person is so busy and so much on her head? I was caught offguard . Ur lucky that I was not in a bad mood it might go in wrong way . I said to u I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention but u said it twice u said I was mean and rude but thanks coz from now on I won't go back there.

The clerks didn't mention any sales, the girl with really long brown hair one couldnt even be bothered to go through the spiel of the cash cards that they give which is fine because theyre useless anyways but her manner was HORRIBLE. She made us feel unwelcome. AND crammed all our items into a tiny bag. She was super unprofessional. I dont like being treated like i dont belong there so im def buying online from now on.
This location also barely has anything, anything bigger then XL is nowhere to be found.
I used to shop at the Betts location and those clerks were so nice. I havent been to the Lawson heights location, maybe i might have better luck there.
But yeah avoid this location if you want an enjoyable shopping experience because this is not the place for that!
